I have anxiety. It gets worse at night. I feel a bit better now. I self medicated a bit and feel relaxed. Tylenol PM does a good job at making me feel better.

I would take my ambien but I've run out and they can't fill my prescription yet. Apparently after taking the stuff I woke up and took another a few times. I'll be happy when those little dream starters are sitting on my desk again.

Just don't get addicted to them. see your doc if you can. He might help with some alternatives.

Also, talking to a therapist might help also. It did for me.

I got information on a therapist, but my lack of insurance at the moment has made me say screw it. But since I'll be insured soon I'll probably seek that out.
