I noticed that. There are times when none of the active threads are anything I can comment on, but we have a lot of members who look but never post. I will sometimes see some old school members and get all excited, but then they sign out without posting.:down:

This is distressing. My post count belies my appreciation for this site. I have been following it for years and had a time where I posted somewhat regularly. I still read frequently but not a lot of posts for me. I have noticed that post counts are way down recently and also when the mass exodus occurred a couple years back. I really love this place and would hate to see it fade off. I have had tons of laughs, some posts that piss me off and a lot of thought provoking topics. But I think forums are fading in general with the advent of Facebook, twitter, posterous and places like that.

50 times individual cliques took away a bunch of like players to play a smaller game into corners on the same field or outright just left to another field. some did it bc they wanted full control, others did so for popularity and mentions on the show and some others just to have their own little party/game

gay analogy sure, but the nicest way to say people always have a need to make it theirs and get the glory of being a top cat or a player on said field/board, clique or corner of it

hey, I've been trying to get more involvement outside of the boards. I tried to organize the christmas party because no one was doing it, just to hang (low turnout, but it was a cool time). We've tried to get this softball game going again, but there is no interest whatsoever. Spanky tried to get something together and no one showed.
