You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

check out Tapatalk http://www.tapatalk.com/ it's a great way to browse forums on whatever device you use. At first I didn't like the idea of having tapatalk in favor of maybe getting a better mobile skin but I've come around to using tapatalk.
