I don't think Jimmy was ripping Tracy over that, he was just struck by how odd Tracy behaves when you come across him in the street.

Yeah, I get that, but it was easier to shorthand it to "ripping him." He thought it was a bewildering thing to say and couldn't figure out what the fuck Tracy meant by it. I just think it was really odd that Collin randomly used the same expression, other than leaving out the part about punching a clock.

They played the best of 2011 last Friday and then on Monday. They were off through Wed., so it would have been better if they just played it every vacation day, because we all love replayis of the same thing over and over 6 months or less after it was played over and over.
Other than that, Ant took a drunk dive into the pool and fucked up his face so bad that he had to cancel an appearance on Fox.

saw that last night (part of a double-feature at a drive-in). it was as bad as anyone could have predicted. breuer was in it? rogan had to know it was crap, and they won't hurt it's bottom line, so why would he care? it's not like they were saying he was crappy in it, just that the overall plot/script sucked.

I'm sure it was just a paycheck for Rogan and also I know hes buddies with Kevin James. Of course he knows it's a piece of shit, I'm sure neither of them care.
Speaking of which I saw the trailer for it the other day and it was meteorically bad.

Prior to that they were wondering why Damon didn't celibrate with Jeter when he hit 3000, which I have to imagine would've been someone frowned upon atleast in the clubhouse aside from being against the rules.
Jimmy went on to talk about how much he hates Bud Selig, who he said was a coward for not declaring Armando Galarraga's no hitter a perfect game after Jim Joyce admitted he blew the call. Everyone wanted it but Bud Selig wouldn't give in, therefore Bud Selig is a coward. It is the first time in history a man is a coward for not giving in to popular opinion and reversing the rules that govern the contest in question.
This shit happens in baseball, it's part of baseball. I know they'd be happy if you had a balls/strikes computer and instant replay and juice heads jacking homers the whole game, but that isn't baseball.
Opie also said we dont know his name but we would if Selig gave him the perfect game. I knew his name just fine, and I'd bet cash money Opie would have no clue either way.

I agree, and I'm finding that on a lot of DiCaprio movies now. The problem is he's too old to be cast as a kid, but he still kindof looks like one, but like an old kid. His body is kindof betraying him, and it takes me out of any movie I'm watching.
And Gutter, I just hate when a movie is putting a hard question out there and then just runs away from it. Like all of a sudden Valon is torn between his loyalty to his dead father and his new surrogate father, who he's finding sympathy for. The movie should be 90 minutes of that and then an ending. It's my big problem with Life Aquatic, the movie poses an interesting question about what do these characters do now that they're confronted with the reality of their family, and instead of letting them work it out the helicopter crashes and one of them dies.

I'll agree that the choice for Vallon happens rather quickly in the movie. I guess if there was a turning point in the film.....something that the Butcher does or forces Vallon to do that makes him realize he's got to re-think his whole path, it would have been better. I think they did that in the movie based on the values at the time, but they just didn't explain it too well. No matter how close he gets to the Butcher, the values of the time dictate that no matter what, he's got to defend his fathers honor.
And I totally agree with you on Life Aquatic.....I still liked the movie, but that was such a cop out. It didn't make sense to me why they would do that to the audience after all that time was invested. Same thing with Layer Cake. Daniel Craig's character makes it all the way through that whole movie and his career as a criminal and......
he doesn't see that stupid kid with the gun running up behind him from a hundred yards out. Didn't make sense to me. I just hate it when a movie gives you a character that makes it all the way through whatever they're up against only to be killed by some shit heel henchman seconds before the credits roll

They were hilarious. Especially the one where he had to fight breaking character.

Ron & fez events at the hard rock always had rsvp's (at least most recently - wrestling and wedding) so what's the big deal? The smart thing would be to let RSVP's in first, then at a pre-set cut-off let in general admission.

Ha, I worked at Rue 57 when Vos did that set there. The manager actually knew him from a previous gig.

They went to the gun range and ant's house. Don't know how it started, but he twittered about it and then brought it up on air the next day (like two weeks ago or such).

You mean Opie doesn't understand the words that actually come out of his mouth? Nahhhhh....
Like how kids are just soooo passive aggressive towards his kid and he hates passive aggressiveness but doesn't get that his entire persona is passive aggressive?
But of course if you pointed that out, he'd just tell you that you were stupid and that you don't get the bit and clearly he's making a joke.
That's clearly not actually clear. Or in fact, true.
Not that he's inconsistent, or anything.
