If so, I picked up Arizona DEF (playing Rams) as a backup

See, you should have got a guy who garnered you 13 pts ya goof. You can't say I only wanted 3, you make a pickup based on who is the best option and add to your other players. Kevin Faulk was available I'm sure and it's clear NE's coach uses him a lot if available, not to mention others too. My tip would be to surely do the pts check as you did, but look at recent changes at the position across the league to see what may newly come to life...aka Faulk and others like Brinkley (bc Tolbert was out).

St. Louis has given up the 2nd most fantasy points to Team Defenses this season.

I may go with them based on the Steelers first matchup with the Ravens (although, Ravens offense isn't that good)

I really shot myself in the foot here......I missed the deadline to update my roster and Denarius Moore was inactive this weekend. Meanwhile, Mike Williams racked up 12+ points on the bench....Its all NY Giants for me tonight as I have Victor Cruz, Larry Tynes, and the Giants D. RMHL has Sproles and the Saints kicker I believe, so it should be a pretty hectic finish.

Same here, but have done ok in past just looking at stats or auto/draft/pick/pre-edit order.

I'm off for Vac. this weekend can set it up then. NBA goes full after Xmas. Live draft can be as late as Jan 15th.

My guess is a 1 week wait from draft to start of League play.

In my matchup he had roddy white go nuts gave him 30 points then had Laurent Robinson get 10 and Dallas defense give him 9 so I'm in the hole going into today

My only question is should I start Ryan grant vs chiefs or Brandon Jacobs vs redskins?

Grants pretty much the only rb option they have although they do have some plays with saine and Kuhn

But if Bradshaw plays his normal reps there won't be much for Jacobs

That's what I was guessing what is there like 2 more weeks left? If so this would start as that ends. If it fills up however it could start as late as a few weeks into Jan..

A few weeks of NBA play would go by but that won't matter. In fact it could help know what players are hurt/ not picked up by teams etc..

Good luck in the playoffs btw you have a strong team & could take it.

according to the yahoo rules the draft selection is randomly picked just prior to draft starting and then subsequent rounds follow that selection in reverse order

Yeah the fake cash deal, that's what has kept me from roto, if it's just scoring I should be ok as first timer to it.

Was in 7th two weeks ago then had a 8-1 week against the 4th or 5th team. After the top three it's pretty tight across-the-board.

Playoffs start next week for 2 weeks top 6 teams get in. I'm not letting up this last week, don't think I've ever gone full season with out loss.

Where are all those little reward things like we got from the last NFL season?
