Self Checkout is huge near me, most of the supermarkets can way understaff checkout lanes now.

It's also crazy easy, they have all the bugs worked out. I'll be pissed if my self checkout goes away.

I hate getting tomatoes from any place (other than my own kitchen) because there is a 99% chance the tomato has green stem in the center that is damn near inedible and makes the whole thing taste bitter or the whole damn thing is still green and not even ripe. The key to the self checkout is they add the label printers to the produce section, so you weigh and barcode your produce BEFORE you get to the checkout, then you just scan that shit and go.
