Pepper just yelled a lot and agreed with Ron all the time. He didn't really produce much of anything.

It seems obvious that the show would fall apart without Stan and he is funny as shit. But he usually is just Ron's echo so I went Zito simply because he won me over the other week when he was making fun of elitists who say they prefer the British Office over the American one. It seemed like a veiled shot at Ron but, even if it wasn't, it was refreshing to hear somebody say it in Ron's presence.

Pepper is great. I don't recall anyone working harder for the Show and has established a persona - grunting/angry guy - that works perfectly. (Which is why "What's Hicks Humming?" was an instant classic.)

Zito is trying (and with Ron's guiding hand somewhat succeeding in) to become a Double A level Al Dukes. I think he's a little too quick to break character (I'm not really the asshole that picks on Fez - please like me) but it is kind of hard to judge anybody's skills when they are working in the gravitational pull of the black hole of anti-fun that Fez has turned himself into. :down:
