This whole thing has a weird non-payoff.

While I'm happy to hear that Fez is so energized....
I don't see why/how Ron would say "ummm.... ya know Fez... I think maybe tomorrow... I'm gonna make an announcement. I think maybe this thing has... ya know.... run it's course maybe. Might be time to make a change... so, yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and make an announcement tomorrow."

That then turned into another week and another week.
But... how is THIS the "big announcement"?
