Ron had some funny shows during that suspension.

Her first album she did all on her own and it's even more loops, it's really impressive how she builds up all the layers in a song.

i just love how raw and powerful her voice is. (she reminds me a little of bjork :o)

I had heard her before I ever say her, and I thought it was a guy. I know she has a theater backround so I'm assuming thats where all that power comes from, but her theater of choice is puppets so I dont know.

And then I saw her and she's sooooooo my type.

I wouldn't pay for "Opie and Anthony" as a podcast, which is sad because they were definitely the reason I subscribed to XM. They are just grouchy old men with very little actual life experience speaking with authority about things they barely comprehend. Anthony only appears to be an expert about NRA gun policy and Opie... well... he kind of understands the radio business, but not well enough to not treat people who respect him (Eric Logan) like crap

There's a law in Florida that says you can shoot someone only if you feel threatened, where in most states you have to prove that you faced grevious harm to justify lethal force. Thats why the guy wasn't arrested, and the law is in something like a dozen or more states.

Before Ron goes too far - and yes, I think this was screwed up and Zimmerman was an asshole guilty of something -

Zimmerman was bleeding from the head, probably from being hit by the kid. The kid was most likely justified if Zimmerman tried to stop him in any way from going home.

There were witnesses that said it was Zimmerman who was crying for help. And not just the one who was "corrected" by the cop.

I hate when something like this happens, the actual story is fucked up enough, but lazy people screw the facts up and make it even worse.

I truly believe that the whole "well regulated militia" concept presented in the Second Amendment of the Constitution is not an argument for individual citizens to have firearms but for districts to run military forces outside of the national branches of the military.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

The fact that the Second Amendment has been used, for years, to insure that individuals are only able to keep hand guns as opposed to being used for communities, states, or municipalities from running actual "well regulated Militias" is a complete mockery to what the Second Amendment means. No one man or group of men in this country could use their Second Amendment rights to defeat the government; the government has too many different kinds of weapons at its disposal to destroy such outbursts.

The NRA's focus on individual firearm rights is a joke.

EDIT: Having said this, I do not own weapons (at all) nor do I have a desire to.
If the people who ran the NRA fought for First Amendment rights, we would only be able to criticize the government in newspapers.

The associate and senior managers have a pretty casual relationship with the staff, and we're more compartmentalized than most groups so it's the kind of thing they can get away with without raising too many eyebrows. Also, the company used to have regular rewards as performance incentives which all got eliminated around the economy dropping off, so I'm pretty sure the company guidelines encourage occasional rewards like that to offset.

But it's still a dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb and inappropriate thing to ask. It gets laughed off, noone is going to get in dutch for it, but they would never say yes if you ask.

The commercials for the "Three Stooges" movie (that resemble, "Paranormal Activity") don't really do the material justice. I don't know if it is going to be good or not, but I don't see how these current commercials will get people to go to the theater.

I had a guy that worked underground in the coal mine that had to be brought out and I took him to the hospital. He blacked out on the job and was sweating profusely and complaining of chest pains.

The ER ran blood work and when they came back with the results (he gave them permission to talk in front of me even though I was walking out of the area and didnt want to know his info) he was on diet pills, pain killers, methadone, BENEDRIL, weed, asprin, steroids and had like 10 times the amount of vitamin c in his blood.

The only banned Bugs Bunny cartoon I know about is "All This and Rabbit Stew" and it is essentially just a remake of another Elmer Fudd cartoon. It is not all that good even if you include the curiosity factor. There are some episodes that have been cut or edited due to blackface (Elmer: Any last wishes? Bugs: Yes, I wish I was in Dixie. Hooray! Hooray!) or suicide (Bugs: NO! YOU FOOLS! I'M THE WABBIT! I'M THE WABBIT! Thugs: Now he tells us! *Pulls out pistol and fires*).

The whole Mickey Mouse on TV thing. Think about it. Disney owns 4 channels where they could easily show the old Mickey Mouse cartoons to fill time. They choose not to.

Defending Your Life is a great movie.

Seems an odd premise for Ron to embrace, though.

Wouldn't his defense basically be, "Fuck you, fuck-stick! You think you could do better?!?"

I watched "Chances Are" and "Defending Your Life" in the same day. They aren't the same movie, but... they are both about coming back to life after death. Of course, "Chances Are" is not that good a movie.

Almost.
I have never really understood why Ron crawls up Fez's ass about his relationship with their families. I am not much of a family-oriented guy, but I have seen people who go into suicidal depression if they cannot afford to visit their relatives during the holidays. I don't see how Whatley is unusual for being a bit of a momma's boy.

Ron is a Bully - write it on a rock

Bully or just a guy fed up to here (holds hand above his head) with somebody who is supposed to be a business partner and friend who keeps letting you down after promising to change
Ron could only be considered a bully if he's had chances to get out of his contract and chose to stay and skewer Fezzie.

Couldnt it be reflection of what is presented on the show?

Maybe sometimes....?

I go in it with a clean slate each day and react accordingly.
