This happened 8 blocks from where I used to live. The kid is my friends niece. Its one of the most disturbing videos Ive ever seen. South Philly is literally about to put a lynch mob together to find this fucking guy.

For the record, that was 4pm in the afternoon about 40 feet from her front door. The girl is 10 or 11 and the boy is 2.

If he lived in South Philly he had no chance. Word was out to look for a white Mitsubishi Mirage with fender damage over the front drivers side tire and a black scuff mark on the drivers side rear bumper. Not too many Mirages out there let alone with that description. He wouldve been a sitting duck.
