This has been one of the few days I am happy I have a subscription to the mobile app to rewind.
I shut off the show at 11:02am and fell for it, had zero idea.
Saw some tweets.
REWIND..enjoy.

I wonder if things will ever reset, like start time of an event is 8pm so nobody shows up until 11pm to get there when it's swinging. Will society ever say "this is silly, lets all just start showing up at 8pm and get going."

Also, I rode past this bike the other day and I took note of the name because I wanted to look up the brand, and ofcourse I've forgotten it but just remembered that I forgot, so now I'm trying to just guess.

A lot of concerts I've been going to, the bands are going on RIGHT at time. I got so used to showing up late that I've missed large portions of shows.

I have seen promoters stressing that bands are starting at 8 sharp in the last few years. But I have also seen a lot more shows where it's headliners at midnight or later.

I cant handle it, that's why I want to get society on this new schedule. Let's get some bands on at 9, then you can go out drinking after and I can go to bed at a decent hour.

He has a really nuts perception of the war. Well, I get why, it's because he knows when you argue you dont concede points that contradict your position. But he really plays both sides of the card when in reality there were lots of people that were against the war, lots of people that were for the war, and lots of people who came out afterwards and said "we were mislead and had we known we weren't going to find any WMD's we wouldn't have gone in."

Speaking of Willie Nelson, I never got to post my thoughts on the Highwaymen Lifeboat from a few weeks ago. I have to agree with Hicks, Johnny Cash is going overboard. Out of the four of them, Cash never had the "Outlaw" thing. His part of the Highwaymen was great, but it could have been the other three and been just as good. And anyone who threw Waylon out should probably be keel-hauled through a scrapyard.

Awful editing by Hicks. Should have jumped in to the segment when Kokomo came in, not cut it off while he was still bringing the funny.

The average, non-country fan knows two of those guys. Cash would never get voted off. He's beloved. Willie to a lesser degree is also, although he's become a caricature later in life.

I think it's kindof a faux pas to mention something in the arts, like a band, and then immediately explain who it is without giving who you're saying it to the chance to either acknowledge that they know the band or ask who the band is. Just had this happen to me, on a guy I've known about for like a year.

It's gotta suck for the gay community that cruising phrases are just as likely to be mugger phrases. "Got a light?" "What time is it?" "I like that shirt."
