Here it's social clubs that do that. I used to live across from a moose lodge that all the drunks would file into after last call, making all kinds of fucking noise right under my window. So it's a bar and you just have to sign a book when you come in to be a 'member' and then they dont have to honor a last call.

If they based their argument on that, it is as silly as when Howard sued the company for compensation claiming subscription numbers caused by the merger should count toward the totals that triggered his bonuses, which OnA had a field day on.

I have had satellite radio for almost a decade. There are stations I have never had on for a second, because they don't interest me. These guys, and Stern, are niche programming. Stern is a bigger niche. These guys have never been able to accept that. Normally, I find that amusing. When it means one of the precious few reasons to still listen to this station gets silenced, it just reminds me of why I am not renewing my subscription at the end of the month.

I listened on audible and it was not in the episode.

I checked out a clip of O&A on YouTube and found that it just seemed like a bit.

I think Shelby has been hired and is doing whatever HR-required meetings or orientations he needs to start his job. I am not certain he is going to be on Ron and Fez, but are we going to miss out on Shelby's brows getting sliced?
