Ok well I'm not a mod...but no one else answered so.....
Go back to that thread , to your post and click on edit. Look to see if the "Notify me when someone replies" box is checked. If it is, uncheck it and hit edit topic. Gvac said that sometimes the box checks itself.

No, my question (and I'm sorry if I phrased it wrong) dealt with the "Dumpy Messgeboard".

What the hell is the "Dumpy Messageboard" and why all of the sudden are the replies coming from it instead of the Ron and Fez Messageboard?

My brain hurts.

Now so does mine....how the HELL did you get an email from the "Dumpy Messageboard" (whatever the Hell that is) that pertains to Old School???

Did the email have a link? If so, click on it...where does it take you?

Click edit on your first message and see if the "Notify me when someone replies" box is checked. If it is, uncheck it and hit edit topic. I have NO idea what that dumpy stuff is all about. I'd email Carter or FM Jeff if you really wanna know. But un-checking the box will make the emails stop.

Ivy and Jon, thanks for your help. I am cool with people responding to threads that I start and have received hundreds of these email notifications.

I just wanted to know what was up with this "Dumpy Messageboard" that popped up out of nowhere.

Tall_James...I don't want to post from the Dumpy Messageboard ! I have somehow found this ( old) thing, Ron and Fez.Dot...whatever, and it keeps showing up in the computer that I am using.

I have to go through other sites to go directly to the RF.net message board I am used to...SORRY, I have never seen this before either....
