What does it mean that "This ticket does not gaurentee admission" ?

Is this a real ticket?

i took it as it meant that if all the seats were filled at the club, that you were @ssed out and had to sit in the parking lot listening on the radio.

i means two things

1. if you're not 21 + you're not getting in even if you have a ticket
2. only people with tickets are getting in..but with events that give out tickets for free, they always give out more then the number of people that are able to fit..because alot of people won't show and they'd rather give away more than have an empty place.

i have nothing witty to add.
