After hearing Ron reach his boiling point with Earl today and scream "SHUT THE FUCK UP!" at him I'm more convinced than ever that Earl has something wrong with him in that he seems unable to learn. Seriously. After all this time, he still doesn't "get it." He'll never comprehend what it means to be part of a team and to lead. The way he constantly looks to pass the buck and try to blame everyone else around him for his shortcomings is so frustrating I can't believe Ronnie hasn't decked him by now.

Getting rid of Earl won't solve ALL of the show's problems, but it certainly would go a long way. Finding a capable board-op can't be all that difficult; and I am sure XM could pony-up booking agent/producer that can do a competent job.

Yeah, but Dave brings a lot of that on himself by apparently trying to continue running some angle than just being himself. It's painfully obvious sometimes that he just argues to, well, argue, even if everyone -- including him, I think -- knows his point is stupid. And, really, he should cut out yelling so fucking much. And learn to fit in the show better rather than trying to yell over others -- especially Fez.

What I feel about the whole Earl thing is this: if it's a bit, and Earl's actually a good producer, please acknowledge that and end the bit. If he is an incompetent as it sounds on the show, please fire him. It's that simple.
