Hey everyone. Been listening to Ron and Fez off and on, more off than on :(, since they came to XM. Since o&a were on vacation and the fact that I have more time to listen to my XM radio after noon I've been listening to Ron and Fez every day the past few weeks and have fallen in love with them. I registered here a while ago but never posted but since I've begun listening a lot more I'll try to post more often with you guys. It sucks I don't live in the hub of the big groups of Ron and Fez fans. Would love to go to some of the events but since I live in shitty Ohio I'll probably never be able to go to any Ron and Fez events.

I've found some of the earlier shows from XM and I've been listening to them trying to get caught up.

I didn't find them again until stumbling across them while scrolling through XM's lineup about a year and a half ago. Best "discovery" I've had in as long as I can remember. Great show. I am a big RonnieB fan, anways, I was listening to the show a couple of months ago and they had a older fella who was a poet. He was from Philadelphia I believe and was involved in youth boxing there. He was also a retired detective. His poems were really graphic, one was called the winking watusee, one was called chicken f'er, and one was called a mothers lament. Mikeyboy, thanks for the warm welcome. I have listened to Ron and Fez since their days at WJFK. I am currently in Ft. Greene, Brooklyn. I moved up to the NYC area from D.C. about the same time that they did.

I have always loved the show but I think it is stronger than ever mostly because of East Side Dave, Lilly, and Mooch. Fucktwat the Clown was is one of the funniest fucking bits I have ever heard on the show and it's good to hear all three of them on the air.

Been a fan for just over a year now. Love the show. Gives me a reason to look forward to going to work. Trucking can be a pretty boring job. But the Ron and Fez show plays a big part in changing that.

I was looking for a thread for "show ideas" or the like. I found something that might be useful to the show... It's some woman who is very expressive talking about women that hold their "dirty business" up inside them for up to three days at a time when visiting their boyfriends. I'm sure there is a few minutes of show time that can be spent talking about this video...

Hello people, just discovered the genius of the R&F show at around Thanksgiving time, really got interested in them after hearing about them all the time on O&A which Ive been listening to since like fuckin 8th grade before they got fired.
I live in Cleveland and go to college studying to be a nursing anesthesist or go to med school not sure yet what I want to do, but in my spare time I enjoy lifting and working out while listening to R&F on my ipod, classic. Playing basketball and supporting the greatest football (soccer) team in the world Liverpool FC.

I was listening for over a year before I was willing to join the board. I posted in the original Hideout board, but every time I looked here it appeared (on the surface) that DC listeners were hated. After reading another thread I realized I have never posted in the introduction thread.

I have had XM for almost 4 years, have listened to RF for 3 years, though a serious listener for around the past 2 or 2 1/2 or so. I first got onto RF after listening to OnA, I admit. Now I am hooked on Ron & Fez though, I need to listen everyday (well I try).

With help from a couple of folks on this board I have gotten caught up with a lot of the older FM stuff, thanks to all that run the file library. :thumbup:

As I have stated elsewhere on .net, I really love the tone of the show. When you really listen, the genius of Ronnie comes through strong and I laugh and think at the same time. Fezzie and Dave are great foils and a strong part of the show. What a great piece of broadcasting, I wish I could explain more eloquently, but I just think these guys have the best thing going. Hell, I renewed my xm sub because of them even though I think this is a failing business.

Thanks to all that admin and mod this board, I appreciate having a great place to share opinions and thoughts with fellow fans. This is a great site!:drunk:

I relocated to TN from Seattle 12 years ago, so I am not "from here" I just like it here. I live in a small town north of Chattanooga and I am about an hour and a half from Nashville and Knoxville. My wife worked at the Univ of TN for three years so I know Knoxville pretty well. My daughter goes to college in Nashville so I get there fairly often.

Gvac, if and when you get to Knoxville send me a pm, you sound like a guy I could have a few beers with. We are not all rope belted hayseeds with buck teeth and an ill tuned banjo:huh:

Hello everyone,
I am a listener originally from Chicago now listening to Ron and Fez while working overseas. I rarely listen live (unless it is an odd Friday and I am coming home after drinking) but I listen through Audible subscription as I commute to the office and at the sports club. I have been a huge fan since I subscribed to XM in August of 2005 (subscribed for O&A, became addicted to R&F because I could catch them as I drove to lunch around Naperville).

Started coming here shortly after WackBag instated a sort of geographical ban on Asian countries. I literally cannot connect to that site on any computer in this country without cloning my IP address (risky and annoying).

Probably would have used this site before, but I don't listen to the show live... I usually would just join in the daily listening threads.

I am a big Chicago sports fan (except for the Cubs). Love movies but cannot catch the new ones at a rate I would like (good news, Japan is releasing Mama Mia in a few weeks.... uggh).

I would consider myself Pro-Dave, mildly Pro-Earl, and enthusiastically Pro-Mooch.

I am looking forward to when Ron gets his own TV talk show (It will happen, I think).

My screen name comes a word Opie has difficulty pronouncing correctly, especially when interns buy it from Duane Reed.
