High of 70 here tomorrow. I'm thinking about going into work shirtless.

You're a stripper. Why would you go to work any other way?

I haven't checked the temperature yet, but I went outside to warm up my van. I'd estimate it to be anywhere from 27 to 32 degrees below zero out there.

I'm not leaving until that truck is like a sauna.

Thebazile78

Oh, no, it was much warmer than below zero today.

Before the sun was up, it was 9.

Once the sun rose, it was 11.

Now, it's allegedly around 20.

Either way, it's still fucking cold.

Seriously, this is insanity. I took my truck to the car wash this morning and the instant I pulled outside so the guys could towel it off all the water on the side mirrors froze.

I think it's painfully obvious that God is angry and punishing us for something.

No wonder Lilly sounds catatonic. The poor thing is in shock. I don't think human beings were designed to function normally in those conditions. Hell...look at the Bills or the Sabres.

I just snapped this pic of myself. I pulled the quilt off my bed and I have it wrapped around my entire body as I wait for the heat to kick up.

Don't you mean Global Cooling?

ToiletCrusher
06-05-2009, 02:35 AM
Ah, that's what those liberals want you to think.

In fact, as a result of the increased CO and CO2 found in the atmosphere from our pollution, the "global warming" which is also stereotyped as a heat wave of sorts, is also likely to cause significant changes to the jet stream.

In this case, it is keeping the jet stream relatively straight as an arrow. It doesn't dip down as much to the south and then back up as it typically does this time of year making the warmest weather stuck in the extreme south and the north experiencing unseasonable cool temperatures.

During winter, it can cause fast 3 day thaws and then force the temperature to plunge as much as 25 degrees within a day and for up to a week or two.

Wow - I didn't think I had that in me.

Fuck all that science, let's go with the original plan. Burrow!!!

Tomorrow is the first day of July. Current temp? 66 degrees.

I've only had to turn the A/C on twice so far this year, and both times just for a little while to take the humidity out of the air.

The Ice Age cometh.

You think that's bad.

The high here tomorrow is only forecast for 70 and thunderstorms.

It's already Late September or early October weather here.

56 degrees at 10 am this morning...we skipped swimming lessons. It is only 63 degrees right now! Windy and overcast, what happened to summer?

Going down into the 50's again tonight.

I really hope people are starting to understand that the whole "man has caused global warming" scare tactic was just that.

And junk science to boot.
