I was really enjoying the show until Anthony decided to take the show in a particular direction. There's more than just him that made me stop listening for the most part but he is somewhere between 70 to 80% of the problem.

The difference, in my opinion, is that Jimmy and even the great Ron B repeat bits, is that they were originally said to be funny. They all may repeat jokes, but they are jokes. Ant's rants were never intended to be funny and have never been funny. Nor do they give any helpful information or insight. Just screaming rants or allusions to inside jokes between him and Steve from Bay Shore. "Steve from bay shore just said something hysterical that I can't repeat on the air." Great, you are doing a radio show. Why mention it? On satellite they need to make the show more inclusive, because of all the other choices out there.

I think you could argue that in the expensive cities San Fran, LA, NYC, and others, that 150K is the upper limit of middle class. In most other places 100K might be a realistic number.

No, any employer can prohibit you from carrying at work. However, since Howard and Anthony both have conceal carry permits, I wonder if Sirius allows it for certain people. Also, I wonder, even if you have a conceal carry permit, can you leave the gun in your car? Would a special lock box in the car be permitted?
Otherwise, I think Howard and Anthony do carry at work, with Sirius' permission.

If you're in a shop, a shooting range, or your home, carry permit laws do not apply. Carry permits allow you have a gun in public. The reason you have to lock a gun while in your car (and it's not on your person), it's because you are still in public.

I don't think the "victim" was actually attacking, he was reaching into the driver side of the car. I am not saying charges will be pressed, but this is one of the cases in the gray area. I don't think any punches were thrown and I don't know if anything threatening was said.

Because you are using deadly force. If you aren't being threatened with serious injury, you can't justify using deadly force.
If you are threatened with a slap in the face, is deadly force necessary to protect yourself? Besides using deadly force to protect yourself creates risks for others, if the driver shot and missed he doesn't control where that bullet goes.
