I switched him with Papiss Cisse. but wanted to add to my D cause they were basically all 5 mill guys and i wanted evra in there. So i dropped odenwinge for Holt so i could get evra. when you have guys who wont play alot for you, usually young guys, you loan them to another team so they can get exp. The other team doesnt pay a fee but at the min, they pick up the salary for the player for the time of the loan. Sometimes they give a little above wages back to the team depending on the deal. Its kind of a cool thing actually.

You can do short terms loans where you set the time, anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, or full season loans. they also have option loans which are full season with a pre agreed upon transfer if you want to buy the player perm after the loan.

be happy he is on loan at West Brom. He will end up playin alot. It would be awhile before he cracks chelsea cause they have Sturridge too. and if, for some reason, chelsea needs him back, they can pay like 300K or so (again depending on the agreement) to terminate the loan and get the guy back immediately

Chelsea isn't the type of club that develops players. They want impact and results. Besides, they still own Romelu Lukaku, who they're loaning out to West Brom. I like Lukaku's potential more than Sturridge's.
