It's a CD/DVD burning program. There are a million of them out there, but the full version is the best I've found at manipulating video and audio files. So today I discovered that a movie I had downloaded was of a type that I'd never seen before, and Nero wasn't recognizing it. I hadn't updated the program in quite some time, so I spent most of the afternoon doing that. Seriously, most of the afternoon was spent d/l and installing. Then when I was finished, it tried to say my license was a bootleg. Um, no. I actually paid for this program, and the license key was still listed in my profile. So now I'm stuck without the ability to burn anything.

we had a great day at the farm. And I as amazed to find out that Lukas knew what cider was.
He walked right up to it and told me he wanted cider. I didn't even know that that's what was in the containers.

Also went to buy my flooring at ikea today. they were almost sold out. The color I originally wanted was sold out 3 h into the sale yesterday and they said they had truck loads.

My friend went to another location to get some as well and she said they were given numbers... cause it must have gotten rowdy the day before.
She said the store guy was british and was saying how amazed he is once again by Americans... the economy is crushing and they are buying like crazy.

does anybody have some good recipes for pumpkin cupcakes or something... and when you bake the seeds, I assume you wash them and dry them and do you do anything else before you bake them?
Oh, and what about some good stencils or carving instructions?
ya can salt them if you want, and you can buy stencils, but since i don't like mass market designs, i make my own stencil. try allrecipes.com for pumpkin related recipes.

fun times! i stayed home yesterday and watched the Packer game, then beerman and i played some Wii, the kids were @ the fair til 8, so it was a nice relaxing day. I watched True Blood and then went to bed, i woke up @ 4 this morning cuz a spider was on me and biting me, omg that was nightmarish. i figger the spider came from the office, beerman was doing some work in there and piled some boxes on the bed b4 taking them out to the curb...i have the heebie jeebies for life now.

She adopted it thinking it will make her more appealing to middle America. I was just watching a video about her church, they think she is the reincarnation of Esther from the bible, and Alaska will be a refuge for Christians. i dont have an 8 track player,but i cant seem to throw away AC/DC BACK IN BLACK and VAN HALEN VAN HALEN
i dont remember what the other ones in that case are,i think theres 20 tapes in there

thats right :) make it yourself! tho, i ate at this pizza chain place when i was away from the city. it wasnt bad actually. i also decided not to go fancy and stick to the simple things. it reduces the chances for failure and disappointment :o
there's a dude from NYC who has a pizza joint bout 20 min up the interstate from me, when i don't feel like making my own, we go up there, he has everything a NYC deli would have too. there's a chain in WI that's called Rocky Rocco's, it's purty good too, not authentic, but very cheesy, which appeals to my cheese addiction :D

i took me a while to find really good deli meat, turns out i had to go from grocery store to grocery store and sample stuff, i can find real WI cheese down here too, which makes me happy. i don't drink milk so i rely on fortified OJ and cheese for my calcium.

i think im gonna pick two myths and divide the paper into two parts:

the aspects of the myths that are culture specific
the aspects that seem to be universal

im thinking i'll go egyptian (for their uniqueness in thinking that nature is constant and beneficial to mankind) and maybe pick an african or native american creation myth for my comparisons... im still undecided tho

I think that is a great idea. So many of these myths have commonalities to them that it is interesting to read a compare/contrast.

so i found out why she's been out for 2 weeks... she's been trying to get preggers for a while and she finally did, but it ended up being an ectopic pregnancy and had to be removed... :( poor thing

yeah i figgered, but it's still painful, i had my tubes tied that way. i never could wrap my brain around infertility, i got preggers really easily, mine are 5 years apart, the second i went off of the pill i got a bun. beerman and i were talking last night bout one of his coworkers, he's around 40 and on his second marriage and has ankle biters running around. i'm 38 and he's 42 and we both agree that having a family in our 20's was the way to go, we had more energy for chasing them around.
