I know that the non-rx strength of ibuprofen is 200 mg and naproxin is 220 mg. The rx strength is ibuprofen is up to 800mg and naproxin is 375 mg.

This is not medical advice but you can take 2-3 ibuprofen 3 times a day or 2 naproxin twice a day. Both are great anti-inflammatory meds but the naproxin is easier on the tummy.

Take what you will from that and take meds with something in your tummy. A hot bath and glass of wine also helps.

Stress is a major factor. Diet is thought to be a mitigating factor as well. Although, the majority of headaches are tension headaches but can be mistaken for migraines when at their worst.
