precisely the reason i took matters into my own hands. i started out using craftsman deep sockets or like spark plug wrench fittings and they sounded great so i went with the thick metal. neccesity is the mother of all invention... so i've been told.

i'm self taught, started as a hobby and really just spend almost all of my free time with a guitar in my hand. i guess i would be a beginner with the slide, its not as easy as it looks. i like to crank up "done somebody wrong" by the allman brothers live at the fillmore and try to jam along.

i play a relatively cheep white fender mexican strat (about $350) and a fender stage lead 212 amplifier that i bought from my step father. basic boss distortion pedal and an original cry baby wha pedal. i keep it real. the only other pedal i really want is the TS 808 tube screamer.
