Are you really that bugged by trying to keep the board at least somewhat safe for work use? Not posting nude pics is a really easy way to do that. Nobody is "flexing" anything when they're just pointing out what should be obvious.

If it was just talk, fine, but it's graduated into people actually doing it just to get attention and it puts regular posters who visit the site from work at risk of not being able to do that.

If I understand where you are going, its the passing of legislation that "forces" citizens to act liberal in a free market. A good, simple example would be San Francisco passing the ban of plastic bags in grocery stores...hence forcing the consumer & the market to act liberally and only use paper or reusable bags.
