I mean, in most cases a person is shouted down or called a troll. But if a thought is posed in an intelligent, non-threatening manner, why should they be?

You're right. The funny thing is that poster is really her legacy. Her TV career was really only one year of Charlie's Angels and she never really had much of a movie career. If it wasn't the fact that the poster was such a phenomenon, she would be largely forgotten like many of the hot women of her era.
