I'm watching some documentary about those Whale Wars dopes. They way they behave on camera, especially when throwing their stink bombs is a good example of how what is probably a good cause can be damaged by self-important immature cunts.

They tried to launch a Zodiac and sent someone overboard in Antarctic waters. They had no protocol in place for when this occurs and by sheer luck went back and rescued the little white boy.

The Captain addresses the staffs questions of whether or not there are enough dry suits for the entire crew if the ship goes down, he makes a joke about it, then tells them that they won't need the suits.

There is no discipline among the "crew". At one point, the Captain asked that anyone who was on the bridge but didn't need to be there should go elsewhere as they were approaching a whaler. During staff meetings, people are giving each other massages and laying their heads on the table. People are asked to do assignments, they aren't given them. When they pull up alongside a whaler, the deck crew starts acting all giddy like a bunch of 6th graders going egging on Halloween.

The ponytailed "First Mate" with the jacked up nose and grill calls the Captain and asks all giddily if they can ram the whaler.

The comm officer has to "hush" people who are joking around on the bridge so she can hear the radio.

They send a zodiac out with two crew members WITH NO RADIO. They loose the zodiac and end up having to ask the Japanese whaler to help them search for their stupid zodiac.

It's like a bunch of adult children from some hookah bar on Telegraph Ave in Berkeley hatched some addled plan to go on a eco mission.

I switched from Fios to Comcast after orginally switching from Comcast to Fios. I always liked the layout of the ondemand of Comcast much, much more than Fios. The only thing that sort of sucks is that I can only watch recorded shows on the TV in my living room. Kind of sucks. I guess I could spend more money and get another DVR but it just doesn't seem worth it.

As I've said before I've been ahving a real rough week. Healthwise I've been a wreck. But on friday night I went out with a female friend who I also happen to have feelings for and it was just a really nice time. It was nice to take my mind off of all the terrible things going on.

As for the medical stuff, I can't really do anything. I've made it known I have MS on this board and while the MRI of my brain came back the same as it did in 2009 (meaning it showed only the intial damage I had when I was diagnosed) they did one of my spine since I'm in pain 24/7. The MRI of the spine showed "significant damage". Not really what I wanted to hear, but what can you do I guess. People have things worse. Just sucked to know my bst efforts with my meds and everything else didn't really stop the disease from progression. And I'm not dumb, I knew this day would come I was just hoping not at 23.

Actually a lot of it was. I was able to work out a way to mass download all of the trailers from one of the major porn hosts (I downloaded 977 of them, and only scratched the surface). It was a wide sampling of 50+ websites and studios, and a big portion of them were gay.

I just looked up tendonitis in the thumb. It said the pain is mostly in the wrist under the thumb. My pain is located between the middle knuckle and the joint where the thumb joints the hand. It feels like it's right in the middle of that bone towards the outside. Almost as if that bone is fractured.

I think my neighbors are rotting.

We've lived here for a little more than 2 years. The one creepy house adjacent to us that looks like someone converted a barn into the Amityville house has always been weird. I think I saw the actual people there twice in the two years. Their lights were on after dark maybe once a month at the most. They have blankets tacked up inside of all the windows, which were always closed. The backyard was nice, with two rows of nicely pruned roses and a coupe of decorative trees and lawn everywhere else. Everything in the yard was immaculately groomed the whole time we have lived here, which didn't really fit with the rundown look of the house.

About 1.5 months ago, an exterior light was turned on. It is at the very peak of the side of the house, just underneath the roofline. On the Amityville house, it would be in the spot where you would rub an ash cross on a catholic's forehead. I never noticed the light, which is in an odd place to begin with, because it had never been on. Most people install exterior lights at first floor ceiling height. This sumbitch is way up there; you would need an extension ladder to change the bulb. It illuminates our entire second story perfectly, which is nice. Especially since it has been on 24 hours a day for the last 1.5 months. The roses are all dead, the lawn is about 2 feet deep, and all the leaves from fall are scattered all over the yard. Two of the windows are about half way open and have been that way since at least a month ago, which is when I first noticed them being open. They have been open night and day through several multi-day freezes. One of the windows has what looks like soap smeared haphazardly on the inside.

While we are adjacent to this house, we don't share the same street, so it is impossible to know which cars are or have been in the driveway. In fact, it took me almost a year to even figure out how you could get to this house. It is in the middle of a bunch of houses without any street near it, and it is surrounded by dense trees and bushes. I finally deduced that they have a gated driveway behind a couple of more normal houses on another street. Not some fancy rich man's gate. This is an aluminum ranch gate.

So I've come up with three possibilities:

1) This reclusive family was in witness protection for testifying against the Sacramento Russian Mafia. Their cover was blown and they had to make a late night exit. They probably had a bunch of guns and rubles buried in the backyard so they had to turn on the weird light to dig it up in the middle of the night before fleeing to a safehouse on Tierra Del Fuego.

2) Mr. Weirdo found out that the Mrs. was cheating on him. Either that or he slowly spiraled into madness after abusing bath salts. Whatever the case, he stole out of bed at 3 AM and dug up the captive-bolt pistol he had buried in the backyard and silently murdered the whole kit and kaboodle, including the black labrador. If this is the case, I'm guessing he is still in the house, living off of the rotten flesh and blood of his own flesh and blood.

3) The family's ties to MS-13 finally caught up to them when one Hector Guadalupe Hidalgo-Perez, an executioner sent directly from El Salvador, tracked them down. Hidalgo-Perez, known as El Mano Rojo to his associates, tortured the family into revealing the location of Marcelino Guallace's briefcase which was buried in the backyard. Hidalgo-Perez murdered the whole kit and kaboodle, including the black labrador. After retrieving the item, Hidalgo-Perez returned to the house and perfromed a Santeria damning ritual against the souls of the murdered and opened the windows of the house so that the spirits could be ushered by demons to Satan. A summoning glyph was inscribed on the window with a mixture of cocaine and black goat semen.

These are the most likely scenarios that could explain the oddness.

Last night, I saw these interior lights on, yet the windows are still open. It was about 35 degrees last night, and froze the night before. You can see the super bright exterior light at the roofline, which has been on for about 2 months (at least) now.

I thought, "Well what in the holy fuck do we have here? Is there an evidence team in there carefully documenting the horrendous crime scene?" I can't see the front of the house, so I couldn't rule in or out a gaggle of emergency vehicles in the driveway, and I didn't see any eager young evidence techs looking to make a name for themselves as they diligently collected evidence through the windows. I didn't see a gruff sergeant overseeing the operation, nor was there apparent a pair of salty detectives, one black, one white, griping about another unsolved set of homicides.

So then I thought, "Well what in the holy fuck do we have here? Is there a new family that just bought the place and are trying to come to terms with a house that has been left open to the elements for the entire winter?" I can't see the front of the house, so I couldn't rule in or out a sensible family car with a uhaul trailer hooked up to it, fresh from a cross-country trip, and I didn't see an eager young mother, a bit downtrodden, but also a bit optimistic that a new life in a new state would be just the thing her kids needed after their father descended into alcoholism and domestic violence back in Rorchester, PA. I didn't see the energetic young son excitedly going from room to room with his trusty golden retriever, nor was there apparent the teenage daughter, just turned eighteen, who was having trouble with the hormonal change her supple young body was going through and expressed her angst through promiscuity, and was not shy about drying off after a shower in front of the window that faces our house.

I work in the health care field at an adult day care and I'm part of the activities part of the whole thing. So I do fun things with the old folks and assist them when they walk and stuff like that. As of late, because of my health, I've been a bit slower at my work. I still do everything I did before, but I can't run around and I have to rest a little bit at times. Apparently I'm not up to the task anymore.

It sucks because I like the people there (co-workers and clients). And it's like getting kicked when you're down considering how my health has been getting worse.
