Anyway, I buy him a gift certificate from them for his birthday that's supposed to be emailed right to him. For starters, egift cards do not have an automatic delivery, if you order an egift card on off hours it can take up to 72 hours to send. So he never gets the card and I email customer service and request they send it to me, they reply "we refunded your paypal account." So ofcourse there's no credit in my paypal account, I email them again. "We're sending a check, it will arrive within 10 days." So in 10 days I'm sure I'll be emailing them again.

Not really true PB, there are still a lot of good little cd stores and collectors out there. It's quite easy to have a collection with the art/liner notes and burn the disc after you buy it. If it's less or equal to the cost on itunes or somewhere else, it's a win win unless you have storage issue. Being you live in a barn in Tuscaloosa, you'll be fine.

Only you know how detrimental your anxiety is, but if you characterize the experience as just being 'on edge' I would advise against taking anything before class. I think you need to start getting into some interference territory before it makes sense.

Probably a good call.
An unfogged mind may be more capable, plus after dealing with things, you can say you did it without the aid of some chemical and thus take all credit.
There is always going to be challenges that come along. I think it was Buckminster Fuller who said "Life is just one damned thing after another." A good key is to view them as things you are going to deal with successfully, rather than have a negative approach.

Imagine, for a moment, being at one of those sports parks where they have a pitching machine and you're at bat.
One approach could be to moan and groan about how the next pitch will probably get past you and you get concerned about looking silly by missing pitch after pitch.
A different approach would be to take a confident, smiling attitude to it, picturing yourself hitting one line drive after the other, and enjoying what you are doing.

In the same way, challenges will come in life and taking the second attitude will increase your chances of dealing with things that will come your way in the future.

Cause for me it literally changed my life. *the advice show* I know, but I have been on everything, including Xanax which I abused rediculously, but Setraline is the only thing that ever worked and it worked really really well.

I took paxil about 3 years ago. It really made me feel better but I didn't like some of the side effects. I'm on an anti-depressant (amitriptyline hcl) now but because it's supposed to help with nerve pain relating to MS. Not my mood or anything. It hasn't helped either yet I guess I'm just hoping if I keep taking it the MS pain will eventually stop.

Everyone I know who's been on zoloft has said that it has really helped them. Since I have an appointment coming up I'll bring it up to my doctor.

For the record, I know that they say people who have chronic pain are at increased risk for depression and all that fun stuff. I think it definately plays a part in it.
