I had the option to lock in Friday and didn't because I thought the rates today would be lower, then i locked in today at a slightly higher rate :wallbash:, but since I locked in they've gone up. So that's not so bad.

Now I hear it's only a 14 day lock and I may be 20+ days out on my closing. I'm outta my skull.. and will probably have to live at my parents' for a few weeks.

I asked him how many steps it took to walk around the building 5x and he actually did it!!! and reported back to me.

He's a religious fanatic and preaches that Cleanliness is next to Godliness, so I jokingly asked him what was up with all his bagel crumbs in the kitchen and if he's prepared to find out how many steps it will be from here to Hell.. He wasn't laughing. :dry:
