Then they just tell the ref whats the right call on the headset. the ref doesnt actually watch and make the call, the replay judges do, and the process runs alot quicker and smoother. In fact, not jhust scoring plays, they review (in the booth) EVERY play. And they only buzz when a play needs a longer look. It literally addes like 5 minutes to the game when they review like 10 plays, they have it so streamlined.

also, im not totally sure, but i think on a FG, its a dead ball as soon as the ball touches the ground. So if the guy muffed it its a deadball. And it may also apply to the return, so that any fumble by the runner is just a deadball.

Thats how it works on a punt if its touched by the kicking team. Say a ball lands, bounces off a kicking team guy, and the return man scoops it up. cause it hit the kicking team, if he fumbles anywhere in that return, they keep the ball at the spot it hit the d guy, no harm no foul.

I think the same applies to a FG return cause it was kicked as a scoring try. I dont think a fumble would count, it would just kill the play

No, it's not the same. First off bc HGH isn't illegal, it has many medical uses and can be if approved by or prescribed as treatment based on a medical need. Second, we all know Petite's "one-time" use for an injury was complete bullshit, and it was/is clearly being abused in MLB as a PED. This is the reason it's not allowed in MLB, unless for an explicit need documented via medical professionals. Petite did none of this, and surely it backs up my prior point that he is full of shit.

Third, stem cell research, study involvement and use of these procedures are far from illegal. The procedures won't be approved or indicated for many valid uses for years based on finances alone, but some huge benefits have clearly been found in some areas but the risks are usually just as large. There are studies all over this country, more in areas outside the US like Germany & South Korea, where some truly amazing things are on clearly on the horizon, but it's not in any way linked to performance enhancing. I doubt MLB or the NFL takes issue with anything that helps promote injury recovery alone, it's the PE aspect they have to stay clear of.

because they are shit, and who knows, maybe cleared guys to play who shouldnt have been (see jason bay, ryan church). Also, they are the same doctors who told the giants steve smiths knee wouldnt be ready til at least mid season and might need microfracture. Funny he seems to be ok playing already for philly.

The doctors are a fuckin joke. Im SURE they have missed shit and sent guys on the field only to have the guy get hurt again. Yea, some of them, like Thomas, were just freak accidents. But the doctors probably arent doing as good a job as they should treating players.

And, just personally, my grandmother had a knee scope at NY Hosp for Special Surgery and had to go back and have another one done at Valley cause they didnt totally fix it at NYHSS
