He had 17 years in Tenn with great defenses and 10 years of a really good QB, RB and WR (Mcnair, George and Mason) and all he did was make the playoffs 6 times in 17 seasons and was barely above .500 as a head coach. You know around when Mason (hardly a great wr too) became a starting wideout for Tenn (2000-2004), almost the end of George's only 8 years with them (96-03). The years all three you mentioned actually played together the team's record was 13-3, 13-3, 7-9, 11-5 and 12-4. In that time the won the wc twice (@13-3/12-4 bc of Manning's colts) and the division twice, while making the SB once, AFC Conf game another and the AFC Divisional game the other two.

He has HARDLY worked with a ton of talent, and only had real trouble dealing with the likes of Vince Young, who he never wanted and fought against vigorously.

I like Tebow and Ive been rooting for him simply because hes not a good QB but still has found ways to win and bring his team to the 2nd round of the playoffs. You just dont get it. First of all its not losing, but how weve lost that kills Philly fans. I challenge any city to come up with more heartbreaking ways to lose then Philly fans have had to deal with the last 20 years. Cleveland and Buffalo may be the only towns to come close. And Im talking all of sports. Its like being brought to the brink and let down again and again. But then again that Phillies World Series win and parade were probably 2 of the funnest times Ive ever had in my life. So sometimes the lows make the highs even higher.
